Not necessarily. Some lamps may have been de-listed from ENERGY STAR® however manufacturers still have remaining stock on shelves with the logo on the packaging. Always reference the Focus on Energy Qualified Products page or energystar.gov to make sure the lamp is currently listed. If the measure has additional requirements listed in the Lighting Incentive Catalog, those would still apply.
