Yes, in order to confirm eligibility for Insulation and Air Sealing or Heating and Cooling offerings you must submit a completed Income Eligibility Application.
I haven’t filed my 2019 taxes yet due to the July 15th extension, can I still submit my 2018 taxes?

My income has recently changed, how can I submit for the Tier 2 incentives?
Even if your income has changed you can still qualify using the Express route, it may still be easiest for your to apply that way. If your income has recently been reduced due to financial hardship the Non-Express route may help you qualify for additional incentives. Please call 855-339-8866 to speak to one of our Income Specialists to determine if you qualify using 1 month’s recent income.
I already sent in 3 months of income, what do I do now?
If you have already submitted your documentation our Income Specialists will process your paperwork based on the update policies and reach out to you if additional documentation is needed.
Compared to the 3 month option, does it have to be the most recent month, or can it be one of the previous 3 months?
Please submit your most recent income, we look at any income received the month previous to the installation of eligible equipment or date of the application if equipment installation is pending.
Since you are only asking for 1 month’s income do I still need to provide the same documentation as I would for 3 month’s income?
