Are there different ways to install Low-E storm windows?

There are two different ways to install your windows. blindstop mount” (or “inside mount”) refers to installing the storm window within the trim surrounding the primary window.  “Overlap mount” (or “outside mount”) refers to installing the storm window on the surface of the trim surrounding the primary window.  People generally prefer the blindstop method because it looks neater aesthetically.  See below for a walk-through on measuring and installation.
