My customer submitted an Income Eligibility Application for the Enhanced Rewards Program. Are they income-qualified?

Income Eligibility Application submissions are treated with the utmost customer consideration. Therefore, all information contained on the application, including income eligibility status, must remain confidential. Customers are notified of income eligibility status within one (1) day of Income Eligibility Application submittal. Unless the customer has elected to share this information with you, we cannot provide this information. Please contact your customer directly to determine their approval status.
