The program strives to provide expedited reward processing. The best way to ensure timely receipt of your reward check is to provide a completed application with all supporting required documentation. If an email is provided on the application, customers and installers will be notified when an application is qualified as complete. Customers and installers can expect this notification within 3 to 10 business days from application submission. Incentive checks are processed within approximately 8 to 10 weeks.
Incomplete applications cannot be processed. If we require additional information, we will contact you. Ineligible applications will also be notified and provided information on the reason for ineligibility.
