My TV won’t turn on!

1. Make sure the Emberstrip is firmly plugged into the wall and not lose.
2. Make sure the SmartSensor is plugged into the Emberstrip firmly
3. Re-install the Emberstrip
      a. Unplug the Emberstrip from the wall outlet,
      b. Unplug the SmartSensor from the Emberstrip
      c. Plug the SmartSensor back into the Emberstrip Firmly
      d. Plug the Emberstrip back into the wall
4. If these do not fix the issue, request a replacement unit
