Yes, customers will be required to provide a copy of their utility bills showing usage for July and August to verify they meet the eligibility requirements stated above. If a customer was not in business during July and August, contact the Program for further assistance.
Since the Program requires usage information for the months of July and August, the bills provided to the Program may not always be dated in July and August. As a result, customers may be providing the Program with bills dated in July, August or September. Depending on a customer’s billing cycle, it may be necessary to provide more than two bills to determine the average usage for July and August.
