I’m a customer and am not able to locate my utility bills for July and August. What can I do?

The customer can contact their utility and request copies of their bills for July and August.  They can also contact the Program and the Program can assist in obtaining copies of utility bills if necessary.  If a customer was in business in July and August, but is not able to provide a copy of their bill for July and August, they will not be eligible for the Small Business Program and will need to apply for financial incentives using the Business Incentive Program.
